READ THOROUGHLY; You must submit your “yes or no” questions in the notes section of your booking. You get 13 “Yes or No” questions. There ARE NO REFUNDS for failure to follow directions. By booking this service you are agreeing to our terms.
Cancellation Policy
If you are booking a session please remember to: Include all the information for contacting you accurately (in regards to your service). If your email or phone number or name is incorrect, it will delay the process & delivery of your service. There will be no refunds, but you will be offered a complementary reschedule. If you forget to put the required information in the notes section of the service, which is included in accurate information for contacting you to deliver your service, you will be rescheduled without the option of a refund. There are no refunds for courses or classes or services rendered. You are permitted to have one complementary reschedule. We understand life happens, but if you are a repeat offender, you will be required to purchase another session or class or course. You have to cancel your session 48 hours before hand in order to receive a full refund, otherwise you will be offered a reschedule with no refund.
